The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time unified boxing king Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the traditional stare-down, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really happening.
